‘UNHINDERED’

Seven Days in Acts — Praying for France

“...proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.”
ACTS 28:31

Welcome

Welcome to the ‘Unhindered’ 7-Day Devotional and Prayer Guide!

You are not praying alone. Thousands of people from around the world are joining with this initiative to bless France and to pray for revival across the nation. Together we lift our voices with the psalmist: “Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?” (Psalm 85:6).

The book of Acts ends with Paul under arrest in Rome, yet still preaching “without hindrance”. Chains could not stop the Gospel!

For seven days, we will walk through seven scenes in Acts — from Jerusalem to Ephesus — and see how the good news reached churches, the sick, rulers, businesses, families, artists and students. Each day we will pray for one of these seven spheres of French life and ask God to do in France today what He did then.

France stands at a pivotal moment. Evangelical Christians are little more than one per cent of the population, and 44 people groups in France are still unreached. Yet new churches are being planted, young people are opening Bibles, and record numbers of adults are seeking baptism. The doors are open!

So take heart. Every prayer you pray this week matters, and God delights to answer. Let us pray with joy and expectation that the Gospel will run through France unhindered.
